Muse & Airy offers silk sleep and beauty products, including mulberry-silk pillowcases, silk sleep masks, and related accessories.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to present and sell our products.

Natural silk may contain subtle variations in texture, sheen, weave, or appearance

These natural or minor variations do not necessarily constitute defects.

Product images are provided for illustration. We cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your device will exactly match the physical product.

If a product you receive is materially different from its description, your rights will be governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

5. Silk Care and Product Use

Silk is a delicate natural material. Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, exposure to harsh chemicals, or failure to follow the provided care instructions may not qualify as a manufacturing defect.

13. Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order should be submitted within 12 hours of purchase by contacting hello@museairy.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Orders that have already shipped must follow our Return & Refund Policy, where eligible.

14. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refund eligibility, return shipping costs, damaged-product claims, and refund processing are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible silk pillowcases and silk sleep masks may be returned within 100 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

The 100-day return period is not a 100-night trial. Products must remain unused, unworn, and unwashed to qualify for a preference-based return.

Other eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in our Return & Refund Policy limits any mandatory rights you may have regarding faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods.
